Enthusiastic and courteous staff, had really great stay!!!
The hotel was wonderful and clean, had absolutely fabulous views of the sky and cottonwood trees. There were a ceiling fan, a chair and coffee in the room, enjoyed that. Its incredible, remote location was a plus. Also, the property was a 10-15 minute walk from Canyon de Chelly.

Ideal location for exploring the nearby canyon. The cafeteria's food was decent, particularly the frybread and mutton stew. The service at check-in was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful, particularly a young lady who assisted us. The room was just adequate, with some noise from the heater, and an additional blanket would have been appreciated.

Recommend it for couples looking for a getaway
The experience we had at this lodge blew us away it's got that old style charm you don't find anymore and when we were out front at dawn the sunrise came up over the mountains and it was just breathtaking really like something out of a dream plus the room was spacious and clean with this fantastic ceiling fan keeping us cool at night
It wasn't cheap but honestly the experience made it worth every single penny

Room had a broken toilet, which was really unpleasant. On the plus side, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Live music performances nearby added to the experience. The restaurant had no vegetarian options, and the food quality was poor.

We stayed here for one night and were really surprised by how this place exceeded our previous experience in chinle. The walking tour was fantastic, with our guide sharing very nice insights about the canyon. The cafeteria had a surprisingly good breakfast that fueled our adventures.
coffee maker needed proper cleaning.
