I truly enjoyed my stay! The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable, complete with a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. The location was ideal for exploring Canyon de Chelly, with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The cafeteria was decent but limited. Definitely a gem worth revisiting!

Consider asking for a room with new air conditioning units for a more comfortable stay during warmer months.

Ideal location for exploring the nearby canyon. The cafeteria's food was decent, particularly the frybread and mutton stew. The service at check-in was exceptional. staff was friendly and helpful, particularly a young lady who assisted us. However, the room was just adequate, with some noise from the heater, and an additional blanket would have been appreciated.

The location is killer for Canyon de Chelly access! Plus, I loved having a quiet room with a Keurig coffee maker.

The experience we had at this lodge blew us away it’s got that old style charm you don’t find anymore and when we were out front at dawn the sunrise came up over the mountains and it was just breathtaking really like something out of a dream plus the room was spacious and clean with this fantastic ceiling fan keeping us cool at night

We stayed here for one night and were pleasantly surprised by how this place exceeded our previous experience in chinle. The walking tour was fantastic, with our guide sharing very nice insights about the canyon. The cafeteria had a surprisingly good breakfast that fueled our adventures.

The shower had some maintenance issues, and the inconsistent water pressure was inconvenient. Location-wise, it’s a dream being so close to Canyon de Chelly, but I wish the cafeteria had lighter breakfast options. I appreciated their efforts, yet improvements in service during peak times and better bathroom upkeep could enhance the stay significantly.

Awoke each morning to the cheerful symphony of chirping birds right outside our cozy room. The stay was simply delightful, with a stunning view and spacious porch to relax.

However, we had a bit of an issue with the bathroom situation—a heavy-duty plunger next to the toilet raised some concerns about plumbing reliability.

I took a tour and learned about the history of the canyons. The guide shared many stories that were interesting. The views from the overlooks were impressive, and I could see some of the ruins along the way. My favorite moment was hearing about the Spider Woman. It added a unique touch to the experience. Also, I had feedback for the staff regarding service during my stay. They could be more friendly.
